AlleyWays
Ticket Request Form

AlleyWays is a community partnership program intended to allow not-for-profit organizations to purchase up to 30 tickets at a significantly discounted price.  It is our priority to support the efforts of cultural institutions and community-based organizations that advance education for all people, promote creativity and self-expression and serve youth and families.  The Education & Community Engagement staff will develop free pre- and post –performance workshops and discussions for the clients of AlleyWays Community Partners.  Interested representatives of local organizations should submit an application to be a part of the AlleyWays Community Partnership.

Policies
AlleyWay tickets are available only to organizations who have qualified as a not-for-profit service agency based on the criteria set by the Alley Theatre.  Approved AlleyWay Community Partners in good standing will be automatically renewed for 2 years.

AlleyWay tickets and workshops are for the clients served by cultural institutions and community-based organizations who would not be able to purchase tickets otherwise.

The cost of tickets to AlleyWay Community Partners is $3.00.   AlleyWay Community Partners may order a maximum of 30 tickets per group per production.  AlleyWay Community Partners are not guaranteed tickets together.  Tickets are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited. Alley Community Partners are urged to purchase tickets well in advance in order to ensure attending the performance of their choice.

AlleyWay Community Partner may purchase tickets for all five Hubbard plays at once or on a play by play basis.

AlleyWay tickets must be ordered online at least 8 business days prior to the performance by one of the on-file organization contacts.  After the online ticket request is processed, there are no refunds.  You may also not add any more tickets to your request after processing.  Payment is due at the time of online ticket request with a major credit card.  Organizations may pay by check with special permission.

AlleyWay tickets must be collected by one of the organization’s on-file contacts 30 minutes prior to the start of the play on the day of the performance. If tickets are not picked up 30 minutes prior to the start of the play, the Alley reserves the right to redistribute the tickets to standby patrons. Tickets will not be mailed in advance.

 

Workshops and Discussions
AlleyWay Community Partners are strongly encouraged to schedule pre and post workshops and discussions.  These workshops are provided by the Education & Community Engagement Department and are brought to your location at no additional cost to you.  Partners will gain a better of understanding of the art of theatre and the relevant production.  These workshops and discussions are designed to enhance the overall experience.

The organization’s contacts are responsible for scheduling the pre-and post-performance workshops and discussions with the Education & Community Engagement Department. Pre-performance workshops and discussions should be scheduled at your location 4 to5 days before attending the performance.  Post-performance workshops and discussion may be scheduled at the Alley immediately following the performance or at your location 4 to 5 days after attending the performance.

Production Dates and Times
AlleyWays tickets are available for specific pre-determined performance dates for the five subscribed Hubbard Stage productions only. Tickets are only offered for Saturday Matinees and Tuesday evenings.  The following dates and times for 2010-11 are subject to change.
