TICKET DONATIONS

The Alley Theatre's Education & Community Engagement department is pleased to provide ticket donations to Houston-area non-profit organizations. The Alley is one of the very few professional theatres in America that maintains a resident company of actors, artisans and staff.  Since the people that work at the Alley are local residents, we are proud to support the work of non-profit groups in this community.   We receive thousands of requests per year for events such as school fundraisers, employee recognition events, church raffles and charity auctions.  Consequently, we cannot grant all requests for a free pair of tickets.  Our priority is to support the efforts of cultural institutions and community-based organizations that advance education for all people, promote creativity and self-expression, and serve youth and families.

Requests must be sent by regular mail or delivered to the Alley’s Education & Community Engagement Department.  Requests submitted via email, fax or telephone will not be processed.  Ticket request packets must include all of the following information and items in order to be considered and processed.  (Submitting a complete ticket request packet does not guarantee a donation.)

Ticket request packets must include:

1.    A self-addressed stamped ($0.44 First Class) envelope 

2.    The name of the non-profit organization 

3.    A description of the non-profit organization, its mission and its scope of services

4.    A description of how the ticket donation will be used, including the name and date of the special event

5.    The printed and signed name of a representative from the non-profit organization

6.    Contact information for the non-profit organization representative (email and telephone number preferred)

Please allow at least 30 days for your request to be processed.

 Terms and Conditions  

• The coupons are good for two admissions, which are valued at $80.00
• The coupons have no cash value
• The coupons must be redeemed in person at the Alley Theatre Box Office
• The coupons cannot be used to make reservations online or by phone
• The coupons is only valid for  Hubbard Stage productions (excluding A Christmas Carol and Summer Chills)
• The coupons are only valid for performances on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings or Saturday matinees
• The coupons may only be used to attend Hubbard Stage productions and are not valid for Neuhaus Stage productions
• The coupons expire and are not valid after December 31, 2011
• The coupons cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed
