The $10 Tix partner for Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Suicide Club is Palmer Drug Abuse Program. The date to donate and purchase is Sunday, May 26, beginning at 11 a.m. The donated item is new, unused journal books. Suggested words of hope and support may be written in the journals. Words like “stay strong”; “may you find serenity”; “you can do this”; “you have my support” are all powerful messages to our youth in crisis.
The mission of the Palmer Drug Abuse Program (PDAP) is to be the most effective prevention and recovery program helping young people and families avoid or recover from the devastating effects of drug and alcohol abuse. This wonderful benefit will provide journals which are used by youth in recovery to chronicle their journey to sobriety. Journal writing is encouraged by PDAP. The journals are used to help youth connect with feelings that, when documented, provide hope for recovery from their addictions.
