Group Sales General Information

• Group discounts are available for all productions.
• Ten or more people qualify as a group.
• All payment deadlines must be arranged and determined by the Group Sales Department. Unpaid ticket reservations will be released at 5PM on the payment deadline.
• Tickets may be held without a deposit until three weeks before the performance date.
• All sales are final. Once tickets are purchased there will be no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
• There is no late seating at the Alley Theatre.
• Children age 5 and under are not permitted to attend Alley productions.
• We waive all handling fees for student and senior groups.
