Group Sales Ticket Ordering Process

1. Ten or more people qualify as a group.

2. Determine show date and the amount of tickets needed.

3. To reserve tickets we require a 50% non-refundable deposit for our Holiday Early Bird Holiday Event Packages.

4. Group Sales will need your group name, contact person, address, telephone number and email address.

5. All payment deadlines must be arranged and determined by the Group Sales Department.

6. The Group Sales Department will send you a contract of your reservation request.

7. To confirm your reservation, you must provide the appropriate signatures for the contract and return it to the Group Sales Department within five (5) business days of receipt.

8. We will accept ONE single check, cash, or credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, Visa). We do not accept purchase orders.

9. Unpaid ticket reservations will be released at 5PM on the payment deadline.

10. All sales are final. Once tickets are purchased there will be no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

11. There is no late seating at the Alley Theatre.

12. Children age 5 and under are not permitted to attend Alley productions.
