Teresa Zimmermann

Teresa Zimmermann is ecstatic to be back at the Alley for her third holiday season. Teresa is a Houston based actor, singer, and voice teacher and has most recently appeared as the titular role in Queensbury Theatre's production of Violet, and as Pickles in Stages Repertory Theatre's production of The Great American Trailer Park Musical. You may also recognize her from the staged reading of The Little Edelweiss: An Immigrant's Fairytale (Melitta), AD Player's production of Godspell (Day By Day), or in Houston Grand Opera’s traveling production of Das Barbecü (Brünhilde). She was nominated for a Houston Press Theater Award in the category of Best Supporting Actress for her portrayal of Honey in 4th Wall Theatre Company's Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? Upon the completion of her degree in musical theatre at Sam Houston State University, Teresa performed on board Royal Caribbean’s Jewel of the Seas and Navigator of the Seas. Other credits include: Veronica's Room (Girl) and Panto Mother Goose (Jill) at Stages Repertory Theatre, and Really Really (Leigh) at Black Lab Theatre Company. Teresa holds a 200 hour Yoga teacher certification, teaches voice at Vivaldi Music Academy, and sings with Danny Ray and the Acoustic Production. Much love to the the fram, my love, and our kitties.
