We sadly announce that the Alley has canceled the remainder of the 2019–20 season due to the coronavirus pandemic. This difficult decision was unavoidable in light of the unprecedented challenges ahead.
At your convenience, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org to do one of the following:
- Use your credit to purchase tickets to the 2020–21 season, including the purchase of a Subscription or Flex/Gift Pass.
- Generously donate the value of your tickets to help the Alley through this financially perilous time. We would be tremendously grateful for your support.*
- Request a full refund to your original method of payment. Please provide your customer ID number, order number, first and last name, and performance date(s) and time(s).
Please be aware we are currently experiencing a very high volume of inquiries and calls. Long wait and reply times may occur.
The Alley has launched an Emergency Fundraising Campaign to help the Theatre manage the loss of ticket sales and other revenue caused by the canceled performances, events, camps, and classes. As we confront this uncertain situation, we rely more than ever on the generosity of Alley guests. Please consider donating to our recovery now.
