ABOUT THE PLAY: 

Stranded on the coast of Illyria, Viola assumes the disguise of a page boy and finds herself at the center of an explosive love triangle in which identity, passion, and gender all threaten to come undone.

BIO:

Widely considered the greatest writer in the English language, Shakespeare wrote plays for London’s Globe Theatre from approximately 1589 to 1613. He divided his time between London and Stratford throughout his career, and died at home in 1616.
