Inspired by the traditional meeting places found all over Latin America, Alley Theatre’s metaphoric “El Zócalo” is a place-making initiative to celebrate, grow, and interact with Houston’s diverse Latin culture and artistic community. Alley Theatre is proud to join together with well-established cultural and social organizations and Houston-area schools to foster community and reinforce Houston’s presence as a diverse arts center that serves every neighborhood in its community.

Inspirado por los lugares tradicionales de reunión que se encuentran en toda América Latina, el metafórico “El Zócalo” de Alley Theatre es una iniciativa para celebrar, crecer e interactuar con la diversa cultura hispana y la comunidad artística de Houston. Alley Theatre está orgulloso de unirse a organizaciones culturales y sociales y escuelas del área de Houston para fomentar la comunidad y reforzar la presencia de Houston como un centro artístico diverso que sirve a todos los vecindarios de su comunidad.
