Please complete the following form to request a ticket exchange for Subscription Tickets. (This form is only for season subscribers. Single ticket buyers do not have exchange privileges.) Online requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the day of your ticketed performance. If you need to exchange your ticket for a performance today and it is within 24 hours, please call Guest Services at 713.220.5700 and press 1.


Because tickets are exchanged on an availability basis, we may not always be able to meet your demand or give you comparable seating on the performance date that you request. You will receive seating in the next area if seats are unavailable in your subscription section.

There is no exchange fee if your request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance date. If your request is made within 24 hours of your scheduled performance, a $7 per ticket exchange fee applies. We will waive the fee the first time this fee applies in the season.

If you exchange for a different performance date later, you’ll never have to pay more than the discounted subscription price paid by season ticket buyers for that particular performance and section. If you request an exchange to a performance date that has a higher price than your original ticket, the price difference between your original subscription ticket and the subscription price for the new ticket will be charged to your credit card.

Your credit card used for the purchase of the original tickets will be charged any fees and ticket price difference. If you prefer to use another payment option, please call Guest Services at 713.220.5700 and press 1.
