Exchange your tickets for another
performance date or time, change your seats, or add additional seats, subject to availability. If you change to a different performance, we will make every effort to seat you in your subscription seats or comparable. Exchanges may be made up to two hours before performances. If within 24 hours, please call or email, as online exchanges require 24 hours.

No exchange fees, differences in ticket prices apply. Exchanged tickets are processed at subscriber rate. Exchanges to higher priced tickets will be charged to the credit card used for original tickets. To use another method, call Guest Services.
Missed Performance

If you missed your scheduled performance, contact Guest Services at 713.220.5700 and we’ll do our best to provide complimentary tickets to another performance of the same production. This benefit may be used once per season.

Attend your first season package performance risk-free. If you’re not satisfied, return your remaining season tickets for a refund of your balance, excluding the value of tickets and fees to your first performance.
Entrances and Arrivals
Alley Theatre lobby is open 60 minutes to showtime. The theatre opens for seating 30 minutes prior to curtain. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the performance begins. Late seating may not be permitted. Arrive early and enjoy $2 off all beer, wine and liquor for the first 30 minutes after doors open.
Digital Tickets
We will scan your digital tickets at the entrance to the doors of the theatre. Please have your tickets ready. To access, visit tickets.alleytheatre.org using your Alley login and password. Check your confirmation or reminder email for more information.
Show Times
Tuesday-Thursday: 7:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 2:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 2:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.
Late Seating
As a courtesy to the audience and actors, and for your safety, latecomers will not be seated in their ticketed seats once the play has begun. At the discretion of the House Manager, late seating may be available in less disruptive sections of the house. A video monitor and seating are provided in the lobby. Guests may take their ticketed seats during intermission. We cannot accommodate late seating in the Neuhaus Theatre due to the space’s intimate nature.
Young Guests
Because of the mature nature of most of our productions, we generally recommend our shows for ages 13 and older. Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. All guests must have a ticket. Children under 6 are not permitted. For show-specific content information, visit the show page on our website or call Guest Services.
Content Advisory
At the Alley, we believe that theatre should be an enriching, entertaining, and challenging experience. Our community brings diverse experiences into the theatre with them, and we wish to acknowledge that sensitivity to subject matter varies from person to person. Please review each production’s page for specific content advisory.
Appropriate Conduct & Liability
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with Alley personnel and posted signs. Ticket holders expressly assume all liability for risk and danger incidental to the ticketed event.
Photo and Video
Photography and video recording is strictly prohibited during the performance. Offenders may be removed without a refund. Your use of a ticket acknowledges your willingness to appear in photographs and other media taken in public areas of the Alley, its leases and others from liability resulting from such photographs.
Smoking & Firearms
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vapes, is not permitted in the Alley. Smoking is only permitted at least 25 feet from the building entrance. Alley Theatre is a firearm-free facility. Firearms of any kind are prohibited on Alley Premises.
Bag Search
To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, the Alley may not permit over sized bags, luggage and backpacks inside the theatres. All such bags are subject to search.
