If you would like to schedule a new performance date to volunteer, reschedule an existing performance date, or cancel a performance date. Please use the forms below.
Note: We require 12 ushers for Hubbard Theatre performances and 8 ushers for Neuhaus Theatre performances. If a performance has reached capacity, please select another date from the drop down menu.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the schedules. A free copy of the software can be downloaded at adobe.com.
If you are unable to volunteer for your scheduled performance, it is your responsibility to contact us before the start time of the performance. When canceling on the day of your performance with no new date to select, email housemanagers@alleytheatre.org. If you are able to choose a future date, check the list of available performances listed in the forms below and select a show.
House Management makes scheduling changes from online forms first, emails second, and phone messages last. Please give your fellow ushers the opportunity to schedule by using the online forms 48 hours before you remove yourself from your scheduled show.
