Ingredients
    • 2oz Western Son Cucumber Vodka
    • 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
    • 1oz Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)
    • 3 Dashes Bitter Truth Cucumber Bitters
    • 2 Dashes Fee Bros Mint Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker tin. Shake until cold. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  2. Top with club soda.
  3. Garnish with a mint sprig and dehydrated cucumber.
