Specialty Cocktail: Jane Eyre

INGREDIENTS
  • 2oz Plymouth Gin
  • ¾ oz Dry Curacao or Cointreau/Grand Marnier
  • ¼ oz Orgeat
  • ¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes of Fee Brothers West Indian Orange Bitters
  • 3 drops of saline solution (4:1 ratio)
  • 4 dashes Fee Brothers vegan cocktail foamer/or 1 egg white
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add ingredients in a shaker tin except orange bitters. Do not add ice.
  • Dry shake for 20 seconds. Add ice to shaker.
  • Shake for an additional 15 seconds. Strain into a coup glass.
  • Add orange bitters on top.
  • Garnish with a candied lemon peel.
