You can trade tickets for one of your plays for extra tickets to any other play in your season ticket package. Trade requests can be made during the season before the first performance of the play that you would like to trade away.

SUBSCRIBER TICKET EXCHANGES
As a subscriber you can change your performance date or time, move your seats, or add extra seats if need be. You can make your request online at alleytheatre.org/exchange, by email at email@example.com, or by giving us a call at 713.220.5700. You may exchange your tickets at any time before your ticketed performance. Online requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the day of your ticketed performance.
We will do our best to seat you in your original subscription seats for the performance you’d like to exchange into. If those seats are not available, we will either seat you as close to your original seats as possible or into comparable seats elsewhere in the theater.
FEES AND PRICE DIFFERENCES
There is no exchange fee if your request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance date. If your request is made within 24 hours of your scheduled performance, a $7 per order exchange fee applies. We will waive the fee for your first exchange of the season. Ticket exchanges are always made at the discounted subscriber rate. If you request an exchange to a performance date that has a higher price than your original ticket, the price difference between your original subscription ticket and the subscription price for the new ticket will be charged to your credit card. Your credit card used for the purchase of the original tickets will be charged for any fees and ticket price difference. $5 OFF ADDITIONAL TICKETS
Bring a friend! Subscribers receive $5 off the purchase of additional tickets to subscribed performances, with no service fees. Additional tickets may be ordered via Guest Services or online with the promotion code “FRIEND.”
