Please complete the following form to request a ticket exchange for your Subscription Tickets. (This form is only for Season Subscribers. If you are not an Alley subscriber, you must contact Guest Services at 713.220.5700 to request an exchange and pay the non-subscriber exchange fee.) All exchange requests must be received at least 2 hours before the time of your currently ticketed performance. We are not able to accept exchanges/donations after the 2-hour deadline.

SEAT AVAILABILITY:
We will seat you as close to your original seats as possible unless you request otherwise.

FEES AND PRICE DIFFERENCES:

Subscribers enjoy no-fee exchanges!
If you request an exchange to a performance date or seating area that has a higher price than your original ticket, the price difference between your original subscription ticket and the price for the new ticket will be due. If you have a credit card on file, we will charge the difference to that. Otherwise, we will contact you for payment. Please note that an exchange request cannot be completed until any difference due is paid in full. Please call Guest Services at 713.220.5700 and press 1 (noon – 6:00 p.m., every day) to arrange payment or with any questions.
