Alley Theatre has an open submission policy for all Texas-based playwrights. We only accept full-length plays and musicals. Please do not send one-acts or short pieces. We accept scripts from out-of-state writers via agents/managers only.
Full-length scripts (60 pages or more) written by Texas-based writers may be sent by email to scripts@alleytheatre.org. If you submit a musical, please include demos if you have them but do not feel obligated to create them in order to submit. Please allow 9-12 months for the Literary Office to consider and respond to your full script submission. We will get in touch with you once we are ready to respond so there is no need to inquire.
