What is the best/fastest way to contact Guest Services?

What are the current Guest Services hours?
The Guest Services staff will checks e-mails and voicemail Monday through Friday, noon to 6 p.m. CT and Saturday and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m. CT. We are also available for web chats at alleytheatre.org during normal business hours.
WHEN WILL THE ALLEY THEATRE PRODUCE LIVE PLAYS?

This summer, everyone in the Houston area should have access to the vaccine, and we feel confident that theatres and performing arts venues throughout the city will be open once again.
We will follow social distance protocols so seating will be limited. The best way to guarantee a seat is to become a season subscriber. Subscription package details will be posted here.
Can I use my parking passes for next season?
Yes, your past parking passes can be used during the upcoming season.
What do I do with my 19/20 ticket donation certificate? Can I use it for the 20/21 season?
We will honor Alley Theatre 19/20 tickets donation certificates that have already issued. At this time, our ticket donation for a 501(C)(3) charity event is temporarily suspended.
