What is the best/fastest way to contact the Box Office?

What are the current Box Office hours?
The Box Office staff will checks e-mails and voicemail Monday through Friday, noon to 6 p.m. CT and Saturday and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m. CT. We are also available for web chats at alleytheatre.org during normal business hours.
What IS THE ALLEY THEATRE SPRING 2021 DIGITAL SEASON?
Theatre is producing a FREE digital Spring 2021 season comprised of 11 short and full-length plays by well-known playwrights as well as past Alley All New playwrights. This digital season features our Resident Acting Company in some tour de force roles. You can register here for free to view them.
WHEN WILL THE ALLEY THEATRE PRODUCE LIVE PLAYS?
The Alley Theatre plans to start producing live plays beginning October 1, 2021. We will be announcing our eight-play line-up shortly, and we can’t wait to be performing in front of a live audience once again.
This summer, everyone in the Houston area should have access to the vaccine, and we feel confident that theatres and performing arts venues throughout the city will be open once again.
We will follow social distance protocols so seating will be limited. The best way to guarantee a seat is to become a season subscriber. Subscription package details will be posted here.
Can I use my parking parking passes for next season?
Yes, your past parking passes can be used during the upcoming season.
What do I do with my 19/20 ticket donation certificate? Can I use it for the 20/21 season?
We will honor Alley Theatre 19/20 tickets donation certificates that have already issued. At this time, our ticket donation for a 501(C)(3) charity event is temporarily suspended.

When will the Alley Theatre have general auditions?
We will be holding our annual Houston General Auditions via taped submission this year. Look under “opportunities” on our website towards the middle of May for audition details and information regarding the submission time frame.
