Additionally, we are checking voicemail and email, Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST. Since we may experience heavy message volume, we expect to return any messages via phone call or email within 72 hours.
You may email us at boxoffice@alleytheatre.org.
TICKET EXCHANGES AND TRANSFERS
All ticket sales are final.
In certain situations, single ticket buyers may exchange their tickets to another performance in the same production for a nominal fee.
If guests feel ill, or test positive for COVID-19, we ask that they do not come to the Theatre, and contact boxoffice@alleytheatre.org to reschedule, move funds to on account for future use, or request a refund.
Subscribers may exchange into alternate performances here.
For a limited time following the close of a production, a digital version of the 2021-22 season shows, filmed live at the Alley, will be available for viewing. Due to COVID-19, if guests who have purchased an in-person ticket do not feel comfortable attending in-person, they may transfer their ticket before the start of their ticketed performance to a digital ticket for no additional fees.
Should COVID be detected in staff, cast, crew, creative teams, or usher corps, Alley Theatre may be forced to close a production early, cancel performances, and re-open when it’s safe to do so. We ask that in order for live theatre to return and thrive, everyone entering the Alley follow the above guidelines.
MASKS OPTIONAL POLICY
Due to recent guidance from government officials, including the CDC, the Mayor of Houston, and the Houston City Health Department Chief Medical Officer, the Alley is updating our COVID-19 policies and protocols.
Beginning March 9, we are pleased to announce that the Alley will no longer be requiring proof of negative COVID test or proof of vaccination to enter the Theatre. Additionally, guests and volunteers will no longer be required to wear a mask inside the Theatre, though anyone is, of course, still welcome to do so.
We are not alone in the Theater District. As you go to other venues, you will see their protocols have already changed or will change in the near future. Our responsibility to protect beyond just ourselves has been top priority for us at the Alley, and we believe it is now time to take the next step. We will continue to monitor the community levels for Harris County. Should anything change, we will update all guests of new protocols in advance of their ticketed performance or event.
We thank you so much for your understanding and patience over the past few months as we navigated our way back to live performances. We look forward to seeing your smiling faces in our audiences once again

Guests may take their ticketed seats following intermission.
